Eligibility for Refunds
At GizmoMercado, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our smartwatches, headphones, earphones, keyboards, keycaps, speakers, and projectors. To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories
- The request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds:
- Products with removed or damaged serial numbers
- Items that show signs of use beyond basic inspection
- Software or digital products that have been activated
- Personalized or custom-made products
Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
